Alkane are actively seeking new opportunities to expand our operations with new projects and also to improve the performance of our existing sites.
We are keen to identify new sites to add to our project pipeline and our preference is for sites which have 11kV electrical connections between 6 and 16MW and are located close to the gas network.
Typically we would be looking for up to 4000m2 of land or industrial/warehouse buildings of up to 500m2 with surrounding hardstanding.
Alkane has many current long-term leases with landlords and we have a reputation as a valued tenant.
Our in house team are experienced in evaluating prospects and applying for and gaining planning permissions and land access rights.
Many of Alkanes sites have been operational far longer than they were originally expected and this is primarily due to the efforts of our in-house operational team and the investments that we have made into ongoing operational performance. We are interested in discussing potential opportunities for new sites and technologies that will improve our operations.
